SHIPPING / TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order is shipped. We are excited about your order as you are to receive it! If everything we have is in our inventory then typically we work hard to ensure your items are shipped between 2-3 days. Should there be any delays in getting your items out, we will do our best to communicate with you via email. For custom orders - general time frame is 2-3 weeks depending on if we need to source materials.

If you order during peak season or special promotions please expect a small delay. Please also keep in mind that during holidays and long weekends, we are at the mercy of the post office and it could take longer.​
